The fee charged for the course will be no
greater than the debtor’s ability to pay and
no greater than $49 individually or jointly. |

The course is offered regardless of the
student's ability to pay. |

Course materials are provided through the
Internet via an interactive learning module.
The course can be accessed 24 hours a day /
7 days a week and 365 days a year. The
course and Provider do not pay or receive
fees or other consideration for the
referrals. |

Educators are available via the telephone to provide further instruction and to certify completion from 9AM to 6PM EST (Monday through Friday). Educators are not available on Saturdays and Sundays. Student debtors are instructed to leave a voicemail and all calls are returned on the next business day. |

Upon successful completion of the course,
the American Bureau of Credit Services will
issue a certificate of completion to the
debtor. |
