Q: When should someone take this course?
A: A bankruptcy filer should complete this course after they have filed their bankruptcy case (a case# is required to receive a certificate) and no later than 45 days after your 341 meeting. If you have any doubt as to your last day to take this course, please contact your attorney or the Trustee assigned to your case You must have already completed the credit counseling briefing prior to taking this course.

Q: Can you fail this course?
A: No. Everyone who completes the course will receive a Certificate of Completion. There is no graded final exam.

A: $49 for single or joint debtors. Joint debtors may have two separate logins and may complete the course individually or together.
